Shipping Policy
1. General Shipping Terms
1.1 The customer is solely responsible for ensuring that the delivery address provided at the time of purchase is complete and accurate.
1.2 Where an incorrect or incomplete delivery address is provided and the parcel is successfully delivered to the address supplied, Black Ice Diecast shall not be liable for any loss, replacement, or refund. While reasonable assistance may be provided to help locate the parcel, no guarantee of recovery is made.
1.3 Black Ice Diecast reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to withhold shipment of any order where there are outstanding unpaid invoices or associated preorder items, until such time that all संबंधित obligations have been fulfilled.
2. Returns and International Shipping
2.1 For customers located outside New Zealand, all return shipping costs shall be borne by the customer.
2.2 Shipping costs are non-refundable. Where a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping shall be deducted from the refunded amount.
2.3 Delivery timeframes for exchanged items may vary depending on the destination and shipping provider.
2.4 Customers are strongly advised to use a trackable shipping service and/or purchase shipping insurance for returns. Black Ice Diecast does not guarantee receipt of returned items and accepts no liability for items lost in transit.
2.5 Unless an item is faulty or has been incorrectly supplied, all return postage costs shall be the responsibility of the customer.
3. Combined Shipping
3.1 Where multiple orders are consolidated and shipped under a single flat shipping fee, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms set out in this section.
3.2 In the event that an item is missing from, or an incorrect item is included in, a combined shipment, Black Ice Diecast shall fulfill the correct or missing item in the customer’s subsequent order.
3.3 Any shipping costs associated with dispatching the replacement or corrected item shall be the responsibility of the customer.
4. Claims for Missing or Incorrect Items
4.1 All claims relating to missing or incorrect items must be submitted within forty-eight (48) hours of confirmed delivery.
4.2 Claims must be supported by appropriate evidence, including but not limited to clear photographs and/or an unboxing video.
4.3 Black Ice Diecast reserves the right to reject any claim where sufficient evidence is not provided.
5. Fulfilment Where No Subsequent Order Is Placed
5.1 In the event that the customer does not place a subsequent order within three (3) months from the date of last order, Black Ice Diecast reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to deem the item as unclaimed.
5.2 Upon being deemed unclaimed, the item may be disposed of, restocked, or relisted for sale without any obligation to provide a refund, replacement, or store credit to the customer.
5.3 Black Ice Diecast shall not be held liable for any loss arising from the customer’s failure to place a subsequent order within the specified timeframe.
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1 Black Ice Diecast shall not be liable for any errors, shortages, or discrepancies in combined shipments where such claims cannot be verified with sufficient evidence.
6.2 By electing combined shipping, the customer acknowledges that such service is provided as a cost-saving option and accepts the associated risks and conditions outlined in this policy.
7. Account Requirements for Combined Shipping
7.1 Combined shipping is generally available only for orders placed under the same customer account.
7.2 Requests to combine orders across multiple accounts, including those under the same name and/or delivery address, may not be accommodated due to system and operational limitations.
7.3 Black Ice Diecast may, at its sole discretion, approve such requests in exceptional circumstances; however, approval is not guaranteed and no obligation is implied.
