Returns & Refunds


**Returns**  

Our return policy lasts 14 days from the date of purchase and applies to all items, whether shipped or still pending dispatch. If you have chosen a combined shipping option, this 14-day period still applies from the date of purchase for each item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when received. If the product is in clear packaging, it must also be unopened and undamaged, with all original packaging intact. Any product or packaging showing visible marks, wear, or damage may not qualify for return.

If your item has a missing or damaged part, we may choose to replace the missing or damaged part rather than accept a full return or refund of the product.

 

**Combined Shipping and Storage**  

For customers who select combined shipping, we offer complimentary storage for up to three months from the date of your last purchase to allow for bundling of multiple items. After this period, if all items in your combined shipment have not been sent, it is at our discretion to either dispose of or relist the items. In such cases, refunds will not be provided.

 

**Refunds**  

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email regarding the approval status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that refunds for unshipped, in-stock items are subject to an 8% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the total refund amount.

Preorders are final and non-refundable once an order has been placed. Because preorder stock is reserved specifically for your order, it cannot be cancelled, refunded, or exchanged after purchase.

For international orders, customers are responsible for paying any applicable local import duties, taxes, or tariffs, as stated on our product pages. If these charges are refused and the shipment is returned, no refund will be issued.

If any order or item is returned to us, all shipping costs will be deducted from the refund, including both the original shipping fee and any return shipping costs incurred.


**Gift Returns**  

If an item was marked as a gift when purchased, store credit will be issued to the gift recipient. If the item was not marked as a gift, or was shipped to the purchaser, the refund will be processed to the original buyer.


**Return Shipping**  

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and obtaining insurance, as we are not liable for items lost or damaged during return transit.
