Return Policy

 

**Returns**  


Our return policy lasts 14 days from the date of purchase, including items that have not yet shipped or that are being held in storage under a combined shipping option. After 14 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, or, if in clear packaging, unopened and in the same condition in which you received it. Items must be in their original packaging. Returns may not be accepted if items or their packaging are marked, damaged, or not in a saleable condition.

If a product arrives damaged or with a missing part, we may replace only the missing/damaged part rather than process a return for the entire product. If the damage is determined to have been damaged during transit and caused by the courier, we will make a claim with the courier company on your behalf for a refund. If the courier company denies the claim, the matter will be considered resolved, and no further action can be taken.

 

**Refunds**

 
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email regarding approval or rejection of the refund. Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Refunds for unshipped, in-stock items will have an 8% restocking fee deducted from the original price.

 

**Storage and Combined Shipping Policy**  


For customers who select the combined shipping option to wait for additional items, we will store items for up to 3 months from the date of your last order. If 3 months lapse without shipping, we reserve the right to dispose of or relist the items at our discretion, and no refund will be issued in this case.

 

**Exchanges**


We offer exchanges for online orders as long as the items are not preorders. If you would like a different item, please initiate a return for the unwanted item and place a new order. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, as well as the new shipping fee for the replacement order.

 

**Gift Returns**  


If an item was marked as a gift, we can issue store credit to the recipient. Otherwise, refunds will be processed to the original purchaser.

 

**Return Shipping**  


Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for returned items, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
